Keep in mind that for some destinations, visiting the consulate or embassy in person might be necessary.

As your departure approaches and your final payment is settled, we’ll send over your official travel documents. To secure your spot on your dream adventure, we usually require a minimum deposit at the time of booking. However, some special experiences or excursions may require a higher deposit upfront. Your Travel Curator will always inform you of any exceptions before confirming your booking.

Generally, the final balance for your trip is due 12 weeks before your departure date. But if you book your getaway less than 12 weeks in advance, the full amount will be required at the time of booking. To make things convenient, you can settle your balance in the invoice currency via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. For more details, you can check out our booking conditions.
